The 2017 NGWA Fly-In took place in Washington, D.C., on March 7 and 8. It began with a legislative briefing co-hosted with the Irrigation Association and Water Quality Association, as nearly 80 advocates from the three associations, including 35 from NGWA, attended the two-day event.
