The innovative flocculation and clarification process StormEasy, developed by the UK company Vexamus Water, achieved very high levels of treatment during a pilot trial for United Utilities to investigate the treatment of Unsatisfactory Intermittent Discharges (UID). UIDs are more commonly known as storm flows from sewage treatment works.
