Marketing programs must be well-rounded because potential customers will hear and remember your company's name if you reach them through a variety of media, including the yellow pages, print ads, direct mail, telemarketing and the Internet. Trying to reach everybody in your market area is costly and generally wasteful. Contracting with a list broker, or a company that specializes in direct mail, can help make sure your advertising dollars are well-spent.
