Having the ability to test water in the field gives your customer confidence, adds to your credibility, can help you close the sale, and can help with future servicing of equipment. However, much of the current onsite testing by water treatment professionals does not help them properly understand their customer's water for the potential application of an ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system. As a result, many water treatment professionals are missing out on the growing opportunity to sell UV disinfection systems.
