Aquion Water Treatment Products, the umbrella company for RainSoft and other water treatment brands, has a new chief executive officer. He is Frank J. Kneller Jr., who has had prior executive experience with national home improvement service businesses. Kneller was also appointed to the Board of Directors of Aquion. The company is based in Elk Grove Village, IL.
