Partnering between water companies and contractors may not be commonplace, but this progressive method was beneficial to the people of Sidmouth and Dawlish when South West Water teamed up with Paterson Candy, MJ Gleeson, Pell Frischmann and the Babtie Group in a £25.5 million scheme to provide sewage treatment for the 24,000 residents in the two towns.
