Much has happened since I wrote my first message. For one thing, the new Board of Directors met in the Washington, DC, area on January 21-22, 2011. I'll report on some of what the Board did throughout this missive.My first news item is one I re-gret having to report: Bob Moresi, long-time mainstay of AWRA (Presi-dent, Secretary-Treasurer, ardent supporter, mentor) decided to resign as Secretary-Trea-surer. It was a real shock to me and other Board mem-bers, but Bob was adamant that it was time for him to depart.
