摘要

The theoretical values of the steady-state trophic transfer factor, expressed on a wet weight basis in trout, are 0.0766 for 54~Mn, 0.0777 for 60~Co and l.45 for 137~Cs. The two corresponding half- lives of the depuration kinetics for these elements are 8 and 1120 days, 4 and 170 days and 11 and 940 days, respecitively, At the end of the uptake phase, the highest concentrations of 54~Mn were found in concentrations of 54~Mn were detected in the fins. 60~Co in the kidneys and 137~Cs in the muscles.
