摘要

This manuscript is based on the discussion opened by Dr. Vladimir Zitko and Ilker T. Telci. There comments over the water quality index, cluster analysis and pointing numerical error seem useful for the technical literature domain. In this version of manuscript, a correction is made over numerical error which arose due to mistakenly omitting the powers of 10 for the weighting factors in Table 2 during the final submission. However, the final WQI values reported are correct and hence there is no effect on any other part of the manuscript and conclusions made.
