Flint Residents Cite District Court SDWA Ruling In Class Action Tort Case

A group of Flint, MI, residents pursing class action tort litigation against the state of Michigan for its role in the city's drinking water lead contamination crisis are citing a federal judge's ruling in a related Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) citizen suit case to refute the state's efforts to dismiss the class action.
