Water Utilities Urge Treasury To Ensure Infrastructure Investment

The groups that signed the letter are the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA), which represents large municipally owned drinking water utilities; the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, which represents municipally owned wastewater utilities; the American Water Works Association (AWWA), which represents a variety of drinking water utilities; and the Association of California Water Agencies, which represents more than 430 public water agencies in the Golden State.
