A publicly owned utility in Washington state works hard to bring its community of more than 193,000 customers the most reliable and affordable water and electricity services possible. In pursuit of this goal, the utility started looking for alternate ways to maintain services while conducting routine safety and maintenance inspections of its 35 water reservoirs.
