Creation of an industrial park in the sphere of waste recycling as a way to solve the problems of waste management in the Russian Federation (evidence from Primorsky Krai)

In the Russian Federation there is no single system of waste management (hereinafter referred to as "the system"). As a result, sources of waste generation, waste collection, waste transport, waste processers, organizations operating facilities for incineration and landfill are all considered separately from each other (FSSNR, 2014). From 2013 on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation, a comprehensive strategy of waste treatment has been developed and adopted, which main goal is the involvement of waste components such as additional raw materials sources, semi-finished products, and other commodities, goods, work performance, provision of services or for energy generation into the economic turnover (CSMSV, 2013).
