Multi-million dollar boost for NSW on-farm irrigation

Farmers and irrigators in southern New South Wales will share in more than $260 million of Commonwealth and State Government funding to improve on-farm irrigation efficiency, and return water savings to the local environment. The recipients will receive funding under Round Five of the On-Farm Irrigation Efficiency Program. The latest $263.5 million investment will assist irrigators in the southern Murray-Darling Basin modernise their on-farm irrigation infrastructure.
