In the late 20th century and early 21 century, the information and technology (IT) industry wiln the late 20th century and early 21 century, the information and technology (IT) industry witnessed two milestones: the transfer from the system-oriented era into the network-oriented era and the transfer from the network-oriented era into the content-oriented era. Based on the development trends of the IT industry rather than merely ideas, the HiPT Service and Communication Co. (HiSC) was set up to grasp these new tendencies and to serve social needs as well as involve the personalities, enthusiasm and passion of the people of the High Performance Technology Joint Stock Company (HiPT).
