摘要

HCC was established with an aim of designing short-term training courses and providing consulting services to improve capability of enterprise executives. An MBA programme provides enough knowledge and skills necessary for an enterprise executive but it takes trainees a lot of time. Therefore, short-term training courses with summarised knowledge would be more suitable for trainees who are busy enterprise executives.
