"ASEAN has become an important political and economic entity, is a momentum to enhance cooperation and link in Asia Pacific region, and is the integral partner in the regional policy of countries and the centre of the world," PM Dung stressed.PM Dung said since being a full member of ASEAN, Vietnam has many active contributions to the orientation of cooperation and the settlement of key policies of ASEAN like ASEAN Vision 2020, Hanoi Action Programme and Hanoi Declaration on narrowing gap.
