The paper industry with WTO Three Disadvantages

Annually, the paper industry has grown on average by 15-16 per cent in the past 20 years, raising the yearly output from 100,000 tonnes to over 800,000 tonnes. Meanwhile, the output of Indonesia is 10 times higher than that of Vietnam, while China's newspaper output exceeds 2.5 million tonnes a year. The set-back put strong pressure on the Vietnamese paper industry in the integration process.
