In Vietnam traditions and customs, Lunar New Year and Mid-January are the best occasions for visiting pagodas. Going to pagodas has become a beautiful habit in many people's spiritual lives. Nowadays, paying visits to pagodas is among activities of pilgrimage tourism. On spring days, with a bunch of pink lotus, fragrant incenses and a five - fruit tray, people go to pagodas. Ba Pagoda, Binh Duong is located in Thu Dau Mot town and is a great attraction for people from everywhere to come visit on the first and 15th days of the month (lunar calendar). The pagoda was established in the mid nineteenth century. In fact, this is a shrine for worshipping Thien Hau Thanh Mau, a female deity worshipped and respected by Asians.
