Vincom to Open Real Estate Trading Floor

Vincom Joint Stock Company will open its real estate trading floor by the end of this year in a bid to operate the leading, and professional floor in Vietnam. The company expects the floor will attract investors.rnOn July 11. 2008, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tran Nam signed a decision to give permit to Vincom Joint Stock Company to open a real estate trading floor called Vincom Property Transaction Centre (VPTC), which will provide trading, transfer, leasing, renting services, property brokerage service, property valuation, property marketing, bidding and others related to real estate.
