Launching Second Phase Interbank E-payment System

摘要

On February 28, 2009, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) held a solemn ceremony to inaugurate the second phase of the World Bank-funded interbank electronic payment system. On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan, on the behalf of the Party and State, presented the third-class Independence Order to the Banking Information Technology Centre for its great contribution to the renovation of the country in general and the banking industry in particular. Three staffs of the SBV also received the third-class Labour Orders.
