Colobiliary fistula: A rare complication of Crohn's disease

Fistulae are a common manifestation of Crohn’s disease, seen in approximately 33% of patients. The most common nsite for fstula formation is the perianal region, but a variety of other fstulae can link infamed areas with other seg-nments of bowel. The pathophysiology of fstulous tract development in Crohn’s disease remains enigmatic.
