Thank Prozac for the transformation. Considered the biggest thing to hit psychiatry since Sigmund Freud, the antidepressant drug has led millions of people to search for happiness in a prescription bottle, rather than through talk therapy. Sales are closing in on $3 billion annually—or about 30 percent of Lilly's total revenues.
