Keppel considers options

SINGAPORE'S Keppel is launching a strategic review of its offshore and marine business as the oil and gas industry continues to reel from the demand destruction caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The company is exploring "both organic and inorganic options" at Keppel Offshore & Marine that could yet see the contractor merge with compatriot Sembcorp Marine (Semb-marine) or be divested.
