LNG Ltd sells Magnolia

CASH-STRAPPED Australian company Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd (LNG Ltd) has sold off its proposed Magnolia LNG export project in the US. LNG Ltd confirmed on Tuesday it had entered into a binding deal with Global Energy Megatrend to sell its subsidiary entities that own and operate the Magnolia project for US$2.25 million,'with the sale expected to be completed by 15 May.
