Pipe fund deal for TC Energy

CANADIAN pipeline giant TC Energy has secured more than C$2 billion (US$1.45 billion) in financing to build the pipeline to transport feed gas from Alberta to the LNG Canada development in neighbouring British Columbia. The company announced this week it had completed the sale of a 65% equity interest in the 670-kilometre Coastal Gas-Link pipeline.
