GENTING Oil & Gas is putting services companies through their paces as they bid for the front-end engineering and design contract for the Kasuri onshore gas project in West Papua, Indonesia, writes Russell Searancke. Genting is currently evaluating technical offers by various engineering houses, and is expected to very soon decided which ones will be invited to offer a commercial proposal, said sources. The FEED work will cover gas pipelines, gas gathering stations, a gas processing plant and other facilities.
