Seadrill seals Angola deal

UK-BASED Seadrill has struck a joint venture with Angola's state-owned oil company Sonangol to manage and operate four drillships off the West African country. The new 50:50 venture, named Sonadrill, will target deep-water drilling opportunities off Angola and will source two drillships on bareboat charters from either of the participants.
