$14 billion investment this year in bid to stem production decline

PEMEX is expected to see investments in exploration and production of 270 billion pesos ($14.1 billion) in 2019, a 38% increase in real terms from 2018, under the administration of Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obra-dor.
