SBM lines up SWS for new Fast4Ward hull

SBM Offshore is expected to sign a contract with Chinese yard Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding to build a third new hull for a floating production, storage and offloading vessel based on the Dutch floater specialist's proprietary Fast4Ward concept, writes Xu Yihe. Sources said that SBM and SWS are finalising a few nuts and bolts in a commercial contract, which could be signed as early as next week during the Marintec conference in Shanghai.
