China in push for gas tanks

CHINA'S top gas producer PetroChina has signed con tracts with its subsidiaries binding them to building tank farms so as to boost natural gas storage capacity, writes Xu Yihe. In an internal meeting held last week, PetroChina outlined a masterplan to build 23 new gas storage tanks and expand the capacity of 10 existing units.
