The liquid anti-overflow device (100) for a tank (C) interrupts, towards the end of filling of the tank implemented through depressurization by a pump (P), the suction of air contained in the tank. The device comprises a sleeve (200) which is connected to the tank and to the pump and has a valve (240) able to seal a seat (230) by flotation. The sleeve comprises a de-gassing valve (S10) constituted from the valve able to push back the periphery of the seat of the sealing face (204) against a return spring (250) when the ratio of pressures measured between the upstream and downstream of the seat attains a particular threshold.
