Eni expands UAE portfolio with Ras Al Khaimah block

ITALY'S Eni has acquired fresh exploration acreage in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as part of a new upstream push into the Persian Gulf region. The company won an exploration and production sharing agreement (EPSA) covering Block A off Ras Al Khaimah, one of the seven emirates making up the UAE.
