Each time we access the internet or use our mobile devices, the effect of cyber technologies on society is clear. Conversely, how cyber conflict-its weapons; its manner of employment-occurs is perplexing to most. George Perkovich and Ariel Lev-ite of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace have teamed to compile essays that aim to demystify cyber conflict. Not only does this book succeed in such demystification, but it once again proves that learning through others' experience is less painful than learning through your own.
