Preparations for the construction of the new metro line in Copenhagen has taken another step forward with the appoint of Cowi, Arup and Systra to provide consulting services. The client, 0restad Development Corp, has given the trio of consultants responsibility for all construction and engineering work on the new line, which will involve 15km of bored tunnels and 17 underground stations. The City Circle Line consists of two lines, the M3 orbital route and the M4, which runs about half the distance.
