Toronto micro TBM to launch

Canada Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited announced on 5 February the Dibco TBM has arrived. Additionally, it is already being readied to begin tunnelling north to connect Canada's second underground transformer station to the grid. The TBM will be on-site at Copeland Station for approximately three months, as it digs 600m to join the existing transmission tunnel beneath the intersection of Lower Simcoe and Front Streets.
