Road Service of JAF

摘要

This paper outlines the road service business of JAF (Japan Automobile Federation). JAF was established and started road service in Tokyo area with 23 service vehicles. JAF has made ramarkable progress since then, and the number of JAF members amounts to some 15,600,000 and the number of service execution totals about 3,000,000 in 1999. JAF expects to promote improvement and expansion of uniform road service business through a nationwide service network so as to meet the expectations of the automobile users.
