Peter Chan - Fellowship Presentation

In December 2007, at a ceremony held in Hong Kong, the President presented Mr Peter Chan with his loTA Fellowship certificate. Dr Asteris made the following comments to those present: 'Chairman, ladies and Gentlemen, Mr Chan, who is the holder of a Batchelor's and a Master's degree in Law, joined the Institute in early 1997. He has been an active member ever since. In 1998 Peter was elected Treasurer of the China - Hong Kong Centre, a position he continues to occupy. He is also responsible for liaison between the Centre Committee and the Institute in the UK.
