1 The lists of those attending and apologies are contained in the full minutes. Copies of the full minutes and attachments are available in the members' area of the Institute website. Alan Whittington (AW), Deputy President, welcomed everyone to the meeting. He went on to say that since the previous meeting a number of colleagues had passed away and, at his request the Director read out the list of those members. The meeting stood for a minute's silence in their memory 2. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 13 April 2013 and Matters Arising David Peacock (Manchester) said his name had not appeared on the list of apologies for the 13 April 2013 meeting, AW asked that this should be noted.
