If you've followed the Trade Parts Specialist's progress throughout 2008 in Transport Journal, you'll know that this has been a remarkable year for Volkswagen Group's groundbreaking Trade Parts Specialist (TPS) Network. Named in January as the ITM's 'Best OE Parts Supplier 2008', this innovative trade network has clocked up strong month-on-month growth across the entire 57-centre network, with the top TPS Centres doubling their sales over the past 10 months. In this latest article Alex Smith, Head of Group Parts Operations at Volkswagen Group UK, talks us through some of the high points of the TPS Network's year of achievement.
