An organisation will be guilty of the new offence if the way in which it conducts its business through its senior managers causes a person's death and amounts to a gross breach of duty.rnOne of the key changes in the law is that the prosecution will no longer have to establish that a 'sole directing mind' of the organisation, personally, was grossly negligent.
