Knowing the risk is one thing but knowing what you are going to do about it is another matter altogether. This is the main theme at this event, which will be attended by delegates representing a wide range of defence, construction, government, manufacturing, engineering and aviation organisations throughout the UK and Europe. There will be a number of track sessions and workshops conducted by industry experts as well as networking opportunities. Important issues to be examined will include: best practice risk reporting; escalation; contingency management; shared risk management; and how to integrate risk management with internal audit and business planning. There will also be a demonstration of the latest version of Predict! 4, the recently launched risk management and analysis solution.
