What we are asking of you

We believe we can transform the perception of engineering and the recognition of its real value by working together and deploying the substantial strength of the UK's engineers and technologists, of whom nearly half a million are members of professional engineering institutions. Therefore, we are inviting professional engineers, in work and retired, to join us in demonstrating that engineering is an essential part of a successful, modern society that has at its heart the health and wellbeing of its citizens, the alleviation of poverty and the sustainability of the world.
