Go-Ahead Ireland goes digital with Freeway

Bus operator Go-Ahead Ireland, which went into operation in September 2018, and has a fleet of 125 single-and double-deck buses, is rolling out bespoke fleet management software, removing the need for paper-based systems for its engineers. The solution, from Freeway Fleet Systems, has web app functionality, allowing engineers to complete inspections, raise defects and request parts digitally. Freeway and partner Genie Insights designed the system after taking input from the new Irish business and various departments within the Go-Ahead Group organisation.
