On 3 February it was announced that there were five bidders for the Parramatta River commuter service:VeoliaTransport Australasia Pty Ltd; Gold Coast Ferries Pty Ltd;Seaflight Ferry Services;Transit Systems Australia and Transdev TSL Pty Ltd.rnThe Manly peak hour catamaran service finally started on 10 February instead of 9 February, charging the same fare as the previous JetCat service. The ERG Group has supplied a Smartcard for use by regular travellers.
