摘要

I thoroughly enjoyed the report about the 'Melbourne Network Development Plan' in the June 2013 issue of TA and was very impressed that such an innovative plan seems to have achieved some level of acceptance at government levels. Many questions spring to mind about this plan, such as: 1. Is the formerly proposed station between Mooroolbark and Lilydale now relegated to the scrapheap of history.
