摘要

I wish to highlight the positive direction that Greater Sydney has headed in since Transport for NSW,TfNSW, has been established. I grew up in the Lower Hunter Valley, so I know how expensive public transport used to be under previous Governments. Back in 2006,I caught a train up to Katoomba in the Blue Mountains for my 18th birthday, with my brother in law,and it cost him $56 for a return ticket! That same journey today under Opal would only cost $15, with the flexibility of breaking a long journey.
