With effect on 1 November 2016 Forest Coach Lines purchased Coffs Harbour bus operator Ryans Bus Service. Ryans operate TfNSW contracted services and charter services within Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas and has depots in Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga and Grafton. Austrian company GetznerWerkstoffe is the supplier of vibration mitigation materialsforfloating floors forthree major metro projects involving Alstom. One of the three projects is the delivery of metro train sets for Sydney. Vibration isolating floors lead to less noise in the vehicle according to Getzner, and elastic bearings made of Sylomer® fire retardant protect joints, electronic components and sanitary facilities, increasing durability and lowering life-cycle costs.
