Shape model of multi - pass spray deposition plate

摘要

Mulit - pass spray deposition shows apparent advantages in preparing large scale plates with rapid solidification. Shape model is promoted to obtain excellent shape. Three dimensional mathematical models con - sidering motion of atomization cone and substrate, deposition distance and atomization parameters were used to predict deposited plate's shape. The results can be used to optimize the process parameters.
