摘要

The friction-wear properties of spray deposited 6% silicon ZA27 alloy have been investigated, and compared with those of conventional casting ZA27 alloys containing silicon or not. The experimental results indicate that wear resistance and antifriction abilities of the material prepared by spray deposition are about 3.4 ~ 8.1 times and 1.6 ~ 2.4 times higher than those of conventional casting alloys respectively. The reasons for the improvements of friction-wear performance were also investigated from the view of microstruc-tures.
